We didn’t go to church the first Sunday we were home with Dean,
but we did get some special visitors after church. Diane’s cousins and Aunt Marge were in town
for the family reunion and they came by to meet Dean. Joel was quick to steal their attention to
give them a tour of his room. He loves
when people come to visit us! It was
great to see all our guests, especially Aunt Marge. She is such a wonderful and fun lady. She makes me smile!
That day was also my dad’s birthday and he was able to meet his 4th
grandchild! Azra and my dad came out
after lunch for a visit. Cecilia was
sleeping while he was at our house and she was NOT happy when she woke up and
found out that Nanno had been there and left.
The boys on the other hand were thrilled because they were able to take
Nanno up to their hideout (my closet) to play legos for awhile. Azra joined them up there too! The boys were so very excited!
Right before my dad left Brad took the boys and headed out
to the family reunion. It was only a few
minutes away at his aunt and uncle’s.
From all reports they had fun swimming in the pond and playing with all
the cousins. I was happy to have some
quiet time with just Cecilia and Dean.
